Bud Sr. used this for deliveries and installations.
Pictured below is a sailboat that Bud Sr. made by hand.
No job is too big or small,
Bud’s Sign Shop, Inc. does it
all!
Over 65 Years in
business and still
growing strong!
In
1956,
Bud
Perkins
had
a
dream:
to
create
a
full-
service
sign
shop
where
customers
could
place
all
their
orders
at
one
convenient
location.
Prior
to
this,
customers
would
get
their
trucks
lettered
at
one
place,
their
show
cards,
paper
signs
and
screen
printing
at
another
and
finally
their
neon
electric
signs
at
still
another
location.
This
was
cause
for
great
frustration.
Even
then,
time
was
money,
and
a
great
deal
of
it
was
wasted
running
all
over
town.
The
idea caught on like wildfire!
Today,
the
company
employs
a
full-service
staff
using
advanced
computer
technology
and
signmaking
techniques,
Our
one-stop
sign
shop
is
housed
in
a
10,000
ft.²
manufacturing
plant
complete
with
spray
booths,
a
loading
dock,
and
overhead
garage
doors
for
all-weather
lettering.
Top-quality
materials
are
purchased
at
rock
bottom
prices
from
our
own
sign
supply
distributor,
Perkins
Art
&
Supply.
We
buy
direct
from
the
manufacturers,
cutting
out
the
middleman,
to
ensure
that
our
prices
are
competitive.
This
means
you
will
get
the
fastest
turnaround with the lowest price on quality signs.
We
can
make
a
small
magnetic
sign
or
a
gigantic
billboard
and
have
completed
jobs
as
diverse
as
lettering
lairplanes,
railroad
locomotives,
helicopters,
and
the
YSU
rock!
Our
professionals
have
reproduced
a
client
signature
in
neon
and
lettered
the
roof
of
a
steel
mill
with
letters
30
foot
high
and
300
foot
long
to be seen only by commuting jets.
